Sandra's International career spans Canada, France and the UK, including PA Management Consultants. Author and lecturer across five continents, Sandra has contributed to books on professional accountability and corporate social responsibility. Sandra is the first international Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations in the USA, a Companion of the Chartered Institute of Management, and on the Board of the Finance and Performance Review Committee of the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF).

Dr David Michaelson is president of Echo Research Inc. He has an international reputation in public relations and corporate communications measurement and has published in the academic and professional worlds on communication-related topics such as investor relations, efficacy of public relations vis-à-vis advertising, and content analysis methodology.
Dr. Michaelson has over 28 years' experience conducting high quality, actionable research for numerous Fortune 500 companies, universities and philanthropic organizations. He has extensive experience in communications testing, message development, measurement of communications effectiveness and branding having recently completed research assignments for a number of corporate organizations in the United States and overseas. Prior to joining Echo Research as president, Dr. Michaelson managed his own firm. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director, Head of Research for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Before joining Ogilvy PR, he was a managing director at GCI Group and was a director of research at Burson-Marsteller. He is a member of the US Commission on Public Relations Evaluation and Measurement and holds a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from the New School for Social Research. Dr. Michaelson was elected to the first class of research fellows of the Institute for Public Relations (U.S.) and is the 2008 recipient of the Jackson, Jackson & Wagner Behavioral Science Prize given by the Public Relations Society of America.
