Non Executive Chairman Clay Brendish was appointed as Non Executive Chairman to the Echo Board in May 2002. Previously, Clay was executive deputy chairman of CMG until May 2001, having joined the board when it acquired the IT services company, Admiral plc, of which he was co-founder and executive chairman. He also acted as an adviser to the Government on the efficiency of the Civil Service. He is non-executive chairman of Anite plc and SThree plc and a non-executive
director of BT Group plc and Herald Investment Trust. He is also a trustee of the Economist Group.

Group Chief Executive Sandra has more than 25 years' experience in communication and reputation analysis and evaluation. Sandra's international career spans Canada, France and the UK, including PA Management Consultants. Author and frequent lecturer across five continents, Sandra has contributed to books on professional accountability and corporate social responsibility. Cited as among the 100 most influential people in PR, Sandra is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, the first international Trustee of the Institute for Public Relations in the USA, a Board Member of the Arthur W Page Society, a Companion of the Chartered Institute of Management, and a memer of the Finance and Performance Review Committee of the International Business Leaders Forum (IBLF).

| Dr. David Michaelson, Ph.D |
President, Echo Research Inc. (USA) and Chief Research Officer David has an international reputation in public relations and corporate communication measurement and has published in the academic and professional worlds on communication-related topics such as investor relations, efficacy of public relations vis-à-vis advertising, and content analysis methodology. With over 28 years' experience, David has extensive experience in communication testing, message development, measurement of communication effectiveness and branding. Prior to joining Echo, he was managing director of the research functions for Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, GCI Group and Burson-Marsteller. He is a member of the US Commission on Public Relations Evaluation and Measurement and holds a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from the New School for Social Research. David is a Research Fellows of the Institute for Public Relations (US) and is the 2008 recipient of the Jackson, Jackson & Wagner Behavioral Science Prize given by the Public Relations Society of America. David published the latest book on communication research with Echo SAGE, Professor Don Stacks.

| Timothy Morley |
Group Finance Director Tim has direct responsibility for all of Echo's financial operations across its offices in the UK, US, France and Singapore. Experienced in professional services and the global public relations world, Tim has overseen the finances of offices across Europe and Asia and has opened new offices in France, Dubai, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer for International Operations at Manning, Selvage and Lee, owned by Publicis, the global communication group. Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant while at Coopers & Lybrand.

Chief Operating Officer, EVP, Echo Research Inc. (USA) Dan Soulas is former EVP at ICR/International Communications Research and has over 20 years of experience in the market research industry. He has led large-scale US and international research programs on customer satisfaction, loyalty and segmentation research, message testing, strategic positioning, brand tracking and corporate image.
