The analysis involves identifying messages and issues in the press, following the Echo methodology, and recording the information into an online computer system.

Experience or understanding of the media is an advantage but a full explanation is given in the training at our office, or remotely by phone and e-mail. It is important that you have access to a computer system with a broadband facility.
