Sylvie has 20 years international experience in external and internal communications. Her career spans Europe (France, UK, Spain and Italy) and Mexico. Sylvie is an expert in media and stakeholders research, across all sectors but especially the finance, healthcare and consumer arenas. She has extensive experience in CSR and Internal Communications.

She has contributed to several books and papers on media relations and international communications as well as be a speaker in conferences on reputation and communication measurement. She trained at the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris and then at the Centre of Journalism Studies in Cardiff (UK).
