Non Executive Chairman
Clay Brendish was appointed as Non Executive Chairman to the Echo Board in May 2002. Previously, Clay was executive deputy chairman of CMG until May 2001, having joined the board when it acquired the IT services company, Admiral plc, of which he was co-founder and executive chairman. He also acted as an adviser to the Government on the efficiency of the Civil Service. He is non-executive chairman of Anite plc and SThree plc and a non-executive director of BT Group plc and Herald
Investment Trust. He is also a trustee of the Economist Group.

Group Finance Director Tim has direct responsibility for all of Echo's financial operations across its offices in the UK, US, France and Singapore. Experienced in professional services and the global public relations world, Tim has overseen the finances of offices across Europe and Asia and has opened new offices in France, Dubai, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer for International Operations at Manning, Selvage and Lee, owned by Publicis, the global communication group. Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant while at Coopers & Lybrand. |
