Echo Interactive

An online data query system, Echo Interactive enables clients to interrogate and chart data via the Internet 24/7, on a multi-user basis, through a password-protected firewall.

As soon as client research is available, the data is posted to Echo Interactive.

Clients can

See data and access graphics organized by volume, content, country, time period and competition.

There is no additional cost for Echo Interactive. It is ongoing support for Echo clients, based on their own data, whenever and however they choose.

It is password-protected.
It links our media analysis database with an Internet-enabled querying tool that can be viewed through a browser.
Clients can access their data at any time, check on the latest figures and download charts and tables.
Seven 'gateways' are available: Journalists, Media, Issues, Messages, Countries, Competitors and Sources. Each can be cross-linked to provide either an overview or to answer a specific question, such as which journalist is carrying a specific message, or which spokespeople are being quoted by a given journalist.
Echo Interactive is free of charge as an additional service for all Echo clients when they initiate a contract.
The Data Analysis section is a customizable querying tool that links issues and messages with countries, competitors, journalists and media. It can also be used to filter journalist, media or sources details by a number of different parameters, including issues and messages.
Echo Interactive is not dependent on a particular browser. It supports

All client data is secure. Internet access to Echo's servers is protected by a corporate firewall.
Echo Interactive clients can specify who may access projects. If Echo is engaged in more than one project for a client, that client decides who can access which project.
