Having led Millward Brown’s Corporate practice and Reputation Institute in the UK, he knows what it takes to turn reputation data into insight, and insight into action. Ed has extensive experience managing and delivering large-scale reputation insight projects for a range of clients and sectors. He is a regular media commentator for PR Week, Communicate Magazine and Management Today and MSNBC Europe. Ed holds an MA from Oxford University.
