London, 7 December 2020

Echo Research, global reputation research specialists, today announced the appointment of one of the UK’s leading communication academics, Professor Anne Gregory PhD.

Anne runs international executive education programmes for clients including the European Commission on evaluation and the Swedish Communication Association on strategic communication and leadership.  She co-leads the UK Government Masters programme for senior communicators, drawing participants from all major Government Departments and Agencies. Anne is an internationally acclaimed researcher, directing the seven continent team developing the Global Capability Framework for the profession. She is author of over 80 books, book chapters, academic and popular journal articles.

Gregory is former Chair of the Global Alliance of Public Relations and Communication Management, past President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, holds the Sir Stephen Tallents Medal for her outstanding contribution to the profession and the Institute for Public Relations Distinguished Pathfinder award for research.

Anne Gregory said: “I’m delighted to be joining Echo’s Advisory Board. For many years Echo has been known for the quality and rigour of its research across all sectors, working for some of the largest companies and NGOs in the world, as well as for Governments. When Echo is involved, Boards listen. As well as being informative and intrinsically worthwhile, it’s work makes a difference in decision-making and action and that is what really interests me.”
