After another year of uncertainty, the Azets SME Barometer looks at the current and future business climate from the perspective of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Nordics and the UK. It sets out to establish economic optimism, business confidence, opportunities, threats and priorities for SMEs, with a focus on challenges SMEs face around ESG, cyber security, recruitment and cost inflation.

The findings from our research with over 1,000 SME business leaders show that SMEs continue to demonstrate strength and resilience by pivoting their business models and remaining stubbornly optimistic about the outlook for their business in these challenging times.
