Mobilizing reputation in the recovery

July 2021

For the launch of Reputation Dividend’s latest annual study of the economic value of corporate reputation in US companies, Echo Research hosted a short, lively Zoom discussion on the impact of the pandemic and lessons for moving ahead, with Sandra Macleod, Group CEO of Echo Research and Director of Reputation Dividend, Simon Cole of Reputation Dividend, Craig Rothenberg of Rothenberg Communications and Adjunct Professor in Communications at NYU, and Lez Cunningham, former Vice President, Global Communications & Public Affairs, Agilent Technologies.

We found which companies managed their reputation asset most effectively - and how they did so - and learned how to bridge the volatility gap by locating the reputation drivers that matter in the new way forward.

See the presentation deck here and the 2021 US report.
