New study on synergies and gaps around training for business transformation

March 2020

A new survey commissioned by Peppercomm and carried out by Echo Research gauges perceptions on how well companies are preparing workforces. 

It reveals that more than two-thirds of the 1,000 employees surveyed agree that their organizations are providing training and instruction for this important transformation (66% U.S.; 73% U.K.). Given the sense of urgency for upskilling that CEOs have expressed in numerous studies, American and British businesses seem well on their way to embracing business disruptions.

Echo conducted the Peppercomm HR Study among a random sample of U.S. and U.K. employees; and HR leaders in the U.S. and U.K. at companies with 100+ employees.
