Echo Research expands the team

July/August 2023

At Echo Research, we are always looking for exciting ways to expand, improve and invigorate the ways in which we work. That starts with our people, and whenever our team grows, we get a chance to do just that!

We are excited to welcome the latest members of the Echo team, Kelvin, Jordan, Charlotte and Lydia!

Kelvin Charles joins the stakeholder research team as a Senior Research Manager. With over 10 years’ worth of research experience in visitor and customer journey, brand awareness and perception studies, Kelvin comes equipped with exciting insights for the research team.

Jordan Hance takes on the role of Marketing & Graphics Executive. He runs our day-to-day marketing activity across channels. Alongside designing graphics and reports, he oversees the brand’s visual identity for Echo Research across social media channels, web and marketing output.

Charlotte Gowen joins the team as Research Executive. She graduated from Bournemouth University in 2023 with a BSc Psychology degree. With a keen interest in research, Charlotte is excited to develop her skills with Echo.

Lydia Morris, meanwhile, joins Echo as our current placement student as part of her University of Sheffield Applied Social Science degree. With research methods at the core of her studies, she is keen to apply and expand upon her knowledge, learning from experienced members of the field.

At Echo, we believe that the integration of both seasoned expertise and fresh viewpoints is key to driving groundbreaking research. We are always looking for great opportunities to attract new industry talent and take our expert services to the next level. We look forward to their contribution as we continue to grow!
