Sandra Macleod judges MCA Awards 2022

  • Sandra Macleod, Echo Research Group CEO, speaking at the MCA Awards Finalists Reception.

September 2022

Echo's Group CEO, Sandra Macleod, was part of an independent panel of judges for the MCA Awards 2022. The Finalist Reception was held at the Tate Britain where over 300 finalists from a number of leading client organisations attended.

Speaking at the Reception, Sandra said:

“As a serial MCA judge, following an ever intense and rigorous process, I am just here to round off the congratulations to all entrants and notably you here today, the short-listed winners. As seen through the window of these awards, I can also affirm that your industry is indeed a positive force for the economy and for society.

These awards showcase the greatest your industry has to offer – I think it’s fair to echo Tamzen’s view that not only have submissions been more than ever, but like a reverse limbo –the bar has been raised ever higher still too.

As times are changing and things are getting more complex and intractable, never before has the industry been so vital in addressing the wider issues that affect our society, our success and our future. The diversity of the entries and of the responses are testament to the many challenges your clients face
.”
